New Paint: A New Look for Your Old Boat
If you have bought a used boat, the appearance can be improved with a good coat of boat or marine paint. Cosmetics are more than skin deep on any boat – you want to be sure that you have a boat with no damage in the materials that were used to make it. My Fishing Boat
Normally I write a fishing report. This time I would like to share with you a story about my boat.
I had a 18’ Sterling made by American Marine Sports in Groveland Fl.
My charter business grew and I needed a larger vessel. I really liked my Sterling so I upgraded to a 22’ Sterling. I bought the new vessel in November of 2008. What a great decision.
Since that time I’ve run 174 trips with clients. I have 315 hours on the engine. I also…

Sanibel Island Fishing Charters with Tarpoons.com
This week the water was too cold for our fish.
I went looking around and found some sheephead and a File Fish.

Good news is the weather is better now and water temperatures are coming back up. I also found some live snook that survived the harsh freeze.
Looks like the Trout survived the cold also, and that might be the best fishing around until the water…

Some of the most fun I’ve ever had in the Florida sun was going boating. Getting out on the water and venturing out to where the people onshore all look like tiny toys is exciting. There’s not any other feeling that even comes close but there is one thing that can ruin it all and that would be inconsiderate boaters.
When you’re out on the water, it’s not a competition to see who has the biggest or the fastest boat, it’s suppose to be a fun way to enjoy your free time and soak up the…

There appears to be some confusion on the difference between forum / discussions and blogs. In general, a forum/discussion is intended for two way conversations and/or questions and a blog can be thought of as more of a one way journal that can be commented on.
A blog (short for weblog) is a personal online journal that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. They are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of…
